We provide a one-year warranty for the soft and hardware components of our machine, excluding consumable parts, along with maintenance services. Our maintenance services can be accessed through remote connections or on-site service, depending on the terms and conditions. The service is available during the hours of 8am to 5pm (Taiwan time) and will commence once the machine is in standby mode.
